

Meredith represents individuals in family law matters, including all stages of divorce, paternity and equity cases. Her litigation
experience includes frequent appearances in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court on high conflict matters, including representation at motion hearings, contempt hearings,
pre-trial conferences, trials, and work at the appellate level. In addition, Meredith has been appointed by the Probate and Family Court to serve as a Guardian ad Litem.
Prior to joining Legasey & Niarchos, PC (formerly Legasey & Associates, PC), Meredith was an intern for a Justice of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, as well as an
intern for the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Massachusetts in the Drug Task Force Unit.
Meredith received her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in May, 2004. While at Boston University School of Law, she served on the American Journal of Law and
Medicine and competed in the Edward C. Stone Moot Court Competition. She received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee in 2001, majoring in political science.
